Description
The concept of the game is simple - you have a plot of land, and it's your job to turn it into a town. Every so often, you'll be gifted with a house. Each house can be merged with other houses of the same variety to form a bigger home.
My Role
Game Design, Monetization Design, QA Manager
I designed the monetization and retention systems for the global launch of Merge Town, which led to its successful release and a feature on Deconstructor of Fun; Merge Town: Rise of Hyper Casual. Within a small team, I also managed the project’s end-to-end QA process to ensure a high-quality launch.
